Since the v13 generated-assets release

The sealed v13 UCB AAO/S3 deposit remains immutable. Current source development adds capabilities without rewriting that release:
- runtime API 3 now provides structured forward and candidate-aware reverse projection for all six families, portable numerical fixtures, independent reverse oracles, typed JavaScript/TypeScript, workers, Canvas/SVG/D3, and an offline Three.js flat-map path;
- the current standard graph contains 217 products across 33 pass IDs and has exact 1920 × 1080 PNG/lossless-WebP derivatives, affine screen transforms, deterministic artifact requests, and decision receipts;
- the former unqualified Anthropocene observation atlas is replaced by
complete-2025 and partial-2026
anthropocene-particulatepasses alongside the two accepted temperature passes; and - closed Stage 15 implements a six-projection Majuro evidence pass plus bounded PurpleAir-interface and water-debris experiments. These remain local, exploration-only products and are not present in v13; and
- Stage 16 now holds the deferred GPU evidence, atoll-source expansion, and approved atmosphere-first agentic atlas research plan. Stage 16J also adds standalone Equal Earth forward/reverse equations, neutral PROJ/D3 fixtures, and five local positioning/slice comparisons without changing the six-family release runtime.
GitHub source publication and human-invoked UCB AAO/S3 preservation remain separate operations. No current development or experiment silently updates the public v13 object tree.
